SKIN WHITENING TIPS

Are you a ramen eater? Is it your staple food? Do you eat ramen for breakfast, lunch, and dinner because it is convenient and cheap, yet yummy? Ramen is a poor man's food! Watch out! When it comes to keeping your skin nice and bright, ramen could be a recipe that spells DISASTER for your fair skin. Don't be lazy when it comes to your skin! Change requires you to grasp all the knowledge that I give you about your skin so you can plan and take efficient steps to change. Here are "the why" not to make ramen your staple diet:
1. Most ramen are deep-fried, high in sodium, and high in saturated fat! (If you do not understand "the why", review chapter 5 again.
2. When cooking your instant cup of noodle in containers made of styrofoam or plastic in the microwave oven or even just pouring hot water over the ramen in these plastic containers, the hot water will cause toxins from the plastics to seep into your soup. These toxins that release into your soup are known carcinogens-- cancer causing agents!
3. According to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), ramen sold on the market are loaded with toxins- A toxic recipe deadly for your skin color! These toxins include 2-chloroethyl linoleate, 4-2-chloroethyl palmitate, acrylamide, chlorpyrifos-methyl, lead, malathione, mercury, and nickel.
Now you know! This is another lesson for you to track down your own skin riddle. Is this a habitual diet of yours that you had overlooked as one negative factor, which inhibited the development of your light skin? If it is, you need to re-evaluate your diet my friend.
Simple Solutions
1. Do not make eating ramen manufactured using deep-frying methods an everyday event. It is healthier for you to make your noodle soup from fresh uncooked noodles. Try air-dried or freeze dried ramen. They are labeled as fat-free ramen. Check the ingredients before you buy. However, consuming these ramen does not mean they are free of toxins. Again, eat fresh-made noodles!
Do not eat from plastic containers.
