SKIN WHITENING TIPS: Sulfur Usage Information

As you know, factors in your environment and diet do affect the amount of sulfur your body uses. I cannot emphasize enough but if you have not read my book, "Unlocking the Mystery of Skin Color," you need to start reading it now. You need to learn ways to save sulfur for your body so your body will not waste your valuable sulfur to do unnecessary tasks such as getting rid of toxins! Because your skin color is controlled by sulfur intake and toxin intake, their actions combined will give you the skin you have today. In a nutshell, low sulfur intake and high toxin intake lead to the development of darker skin. On the other hand, high sulfur intake and low toxin intake lead to the development of lighter skin. Simple as that- but do you have the will power, the knowledge, and the determination to shift their balance to get what you want!

Here is my advice--KNOW YOURSELF! Know your skin and the factors that you can control to give you an upper hand in directing the development of your own skin color. You can get approximately 2000+ mg of sulfur per day from your diet. In 3 ounces of protein, there is approximately 1000 mg of sulfur. Nuts have 50 % and vegetables have 10% of what is found in protein. Of the infinite vegetables grown worldwide, cabbage, garlic, and onions, etc... have more sulfurs than other vegetables because they carry different form of sulfurs on top of the normal 10% found in all vegetables. There are over 100 different sulfur forms found in plants today and approximately 15 are present in Cruciferous vegetables in trace amounts in micrograms or less. You should consume at least 2 cups of organic cruciferous vegetables per day to keep your skin clear and fair.

In Poland and Germany, people typically consume an average of 30 pounds of cabbage per year. They enjoy more raw cabbage and sauerkraut in salads or as a side dish.

In Japan, people consume approximately five times the amount of cruciferous vegetables as Americans do. Americans consume just 0.2 serving of cruciferous vegetables per day (1 serving is 1 one cup shredded cabbage, or 70 grams)-- meaning Japanese consume over 50 pounds of cruciferous vegetables per person per year where Americans consume just 10 pounds a year! Remember not to squander your valuable sulfur!

Taking sulfur supplement is optional. You can follow the Natural FAIRSKIN Method alone and your skin color will naturally lighten with time if this is the approach you are taking. Consistency is the key to success! For new skin lightening users, take 2,000 to 4,000 mg per day. Each month thereafter, you can increase your dosage by 2,000 mg per month until you reach your daily recommended dosage as instructed when you are on our program. The same rule applies to current users.
